Leigh and Candra Davis are the founders and owners of ELDirect In-Home Elderly Care. 

For more than 10 years his family provided in home care to support his Grandmother’s growing needs, but oftentimes they had to hire caregivers and caregiving companies to help fill the gaps. 

Theft, poor quality care and no-shows seemed to be an all too often occurrence.  He saw the end result of home health care companies and individuals who were not focused on providing exceptional care. 

Out of this experience he and his wife began ELDirect January 1^st, 1996 with the intention of never letting their clients experience the struggles his family endured.

Since then ELDirect has hired thousands of in home care assistants and fielded over 50,000 applicants.

His focus on finding and hiring the absolute best in home care has led him to develop a screening and hiring process, which he calls Outrageous Hiring.  The foundation of Outrageous Hiring falls back on this one question: “Would I want this person taking care of my parent or child?”  His Outrageous Hiring process has proven so effective at finding high quality, compassionate care assistants, ELDirect is now the only in-home senior care company recognized by Lloyd’s of London for the caliber of in home care assistants they hire.
